The establishment of the Bible Way Church in 1992 was significantly inspired and supported the Four-Square Ministry in the USA. later transformed and became integrated into the Protestant Evangel Church in Albania, with Pastor Wayne Butchart actively supporting the transition while maintaining relationship with Fourquare Ministry. In 2000, Renato was officially endorsed and ordained as a minister of the Christian faith by Pastor Wayne Butchart, in full compliance with willingness and agreements of all missionary supporters of the Covenant Church. Rev. Paul R.ant Jr., of the Ordinations Committee of Trinity Evangelical Christian Ministries, Alabama, endorsed Preza on November 10, 2005, as well as him as a Minister of Christian faith. Renato Preza is an educator who has extensively written about teaching and learning philosophy. His Pedagogical Philosophy Statement showcases his wealth of experience and deep conviction regarding educational pedagogy and its application. In this statement, he emphasizes the importance of educators guiding learners to effectively utilize pedagogical knowledge and develop critical thinking skills. He has also explored topics in Global Communications and International Human Resource Management Practices, along with issues related to employee-employer loyalty. Furthermore, he has published works on Christian beliefs, with his most significant piece being his doctoral dissertation defense titled “The Crucifixion of The God of Heaven with the Creation.” Other notable articles include “Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s and to God the things that are God’s,” “God spoke at a time when nothing and no one else existed,” which marks this divine utterance as the beginning of all existence, “Repent, confess, and ask Jesus, and then the kingdom of heaven will open for you,” along with writings on themes such as healing, hate, and forgiveness, often framed within the concept of divine intervention.
